I went to the doctor today to review my annual wellness biometric numbers and to discuss getting me back on buspar.

Everything went great, and upon leaving I reviewed the helpful summary sheet.

I noticed she had forgotten the buspar prescription. I thought: “I can tough it out”.

I decided, for fun, to go back in and ask for it to be included.

They were of course completely lovely and got me set up.

Now, hours later, I am very grateful to have buspar flowing through my veins again.

Btw I really love buspar.

I'm glad you went back to get the buspar, it's important to always have medication at hand. I hope your anxiety is OK. I'm taking more anti-anxiety meds recently on top of my SNRI and it's scaring me. So I'm glad to read a positive comment about taking anti-anxiety pills

I am a week, and the blessed buspirone is helping already. It doesn't make me happier, per se, but it does smooth me out.
