I had a panic attack while trying to fix my tire. I don't know how to do it. I feel so dumb. I feel like everyone is smarter than me. Ifeel like me having a panic attack is going to put negativity in the world. I am so scared aand sad.

Don't be too hard on yourself. I'm sure plenty of people would go into a full panic the moment their tire goes down, without even attempting to fix it on their own. And even those people ultimately survive.

I know it's hard to take it and embrace it, but just chalk it up to experience, know you've survived and remember you're still around to work on your issues. We all are.

i've had panic attacks over things i think are stupid, too.

like, once i had a panic attack just THINKING about taking spririn. wtf, come on.

i understand how it can make you feel stupid. i hope you'll be able to give yourself some room around it and some kindness. it's not your fault it happened.
