Hi, I am experiencing something I cannot explain. I have bipolar disorder and have just mainly come out of a depression but now im dealing with dizziness, some ear pain, a bit of vertigo, loud noises bother me 10X they used to, and if I change positions i have to be careful my balance is off. What does this all mean?? my circulation is bad and i feel cold in my hands and feet that never used to happen, I mean COLD. I don't know i thought for sure it was an ear issue and now i find out that my ears are fine i waited so long to see an ENT specialist (ear, nose and throat) i told him absolutely everything and i am fine.....Now what! does anyone have any similar experience? HELP

Have you added or changed your meds recently?

Hello ghughes1980, thanks for the reply!
Not recently that is what i cannot understand. I was on three medications that I stopped and one that is my mood stabilizer that i am taking less of, quite alot less of
but that was done over the winter so it's been a few months I will have to check but i believe at least 4 months or more. (this was under doctor care not on my own)

Ok make an appointment with that doctor tell them what's going on. 4 months seems to me (a non doctor) to be a reasonable time frame for side effects from tapering off a mood stabilizer. Therefore the doc should have tips based on the knowledge they have about the medication they gave you. I'm not sure why you made an appointment with a different specialist if all you changed was the one med but that's over with. Make the call to the original doctor and good luck.

Did you consult with your doctor?
