Over the past year I've been keeping a Tumblr blog https://www.tumblr.com/blog/lumbricusdomesticus2 about my various struggles, which I shared with a few close friends. I've heard from a few of those people who could relate to my stories and found it helpful to read. One person suggested I share it more widely, for the sake of other people who might identify.
