Hello my name is jordan and I know I had a name on here called mentallydeadbrian but this name suites me better. But I don't like aniexty cause I got it and it emotionally and physically hurts so bad it drives me up the wall.

Hello Jordan / MDB,
Looked up your earlier post, and you listed poetry as an interest. I struggle with anxiety too, and have posted a few Haiku here to try to capture the turmoil. Nadidays has also posted a couple of good ones that you may appreciate.
