I just found Paul Gilmartin on Spotify and am very grateful don't know if I will be able to listen to all episodes. But am trying to implement in my daily. You are doing a great thing with your podcast you may be helping better than therapy. Your show is awesome and very grateful for what you are doing. Thank you

It's funny, when you said you found Paul on Spotify, I pictured you listening to him singing. I know they have podcasts on there as well, but that's where my mind went!
