Parody video: depressed Captain Kirk

It's often hard to explain what depression and anxiety are like, so I tried something new. It dawned on me that Star Trek's Captain Kirk represents all the traits I feel anxiety and depression takes away. So I made a video where Kirk has that mental illness and we can see what it does to his five-year voyage. I hope people get that I'm making fun of the illness, not the people who suffer from it, but I think I did a good job explaining what the experience is like to me.
