I really like Striving. The tagline for the podcast is "Spiritual seeking without the fluff" but that is kind of misleading. To me it relates more to mental health than spirituality.
These are my favorite episodes:
http://www.strivingpodcast.com/2011/08/ ... eople.html This is about how random rudeness from strangers can hit home, especially if you have a problem with yourself that you are not actively working to fix.
http://www.strivingpodcast.com/2012/01/ ... voice.html This episode is about that nagging negative voice inside our heads. This episode helped me to realize that maybe I should give up trying to quash it entirely, and instead work on how I can live with it.
don't hate me! other mental illness podcasts?

About self-development, spirituality "and stuff":
Alan Watts lectures.
Manly P. Hall, try to find "complete lecture series".
Richard Bandler lectures and seminars.
Wayne Dyer, various audiobooks and lectures.
If you can get it, searching on torrent sites might be the only way to get some of these.
This might be thousands of hours altogether. Hm. Someone could fill years of a podcast just compiling parts from old lectures.

Thanks for asking about this, BecomingKind! Unfortunately I don't have any suggestions but am very happy for recommendations. Sleeper, Striving episode 24 is something I have a problem with so thank you! *hugs for all*
My bucket list: 1) The light blue one in the cupboard. 2) The green one under the tap in the garden.
