I really enjoyed this episode too, thank you Paul and Susan. I find myself drawn to connecting more with my inner child.
I found it to be too weird and navel-gazing, to communicate with my inner child, even when I was in therapy.
But I have a strong sense that I seriously need to work with this.

Question: Does anyone here have experience with a _good_ online course about working with your inner child?
I would be very interested in that.
