hello good people,
I'm 38, orginally from Chicago but now I live in London. Throughout my life I've battled deep deep shades of gray, but these days, feeling great.
Like Paul said in his intro, there are things to do to keep things on the up and up -- I exercise, keep in touch with my friends, and very importantly, do things for other people. Seems to be the tonic that works for me.
I look forward to more episodes of MIHH!!
