I'm catching up on old tv shows, so I just saw Scott Stossel on The Colbert Report (over here:
http://www.colbertnation.com/the-colber ... tt-stossel) talking about his book about Anxiety and I just thought that was really awesome. The book sounds super interesting, has anyone read it? I just ordered it at the library, but it will probably take a while until it's my turn on the list. Mostly, I just love seeing things like that on TV, he talked about stuff he was afraid of and how he's on meds and how he didn't want to tell people that before. And they joked a bit, because it's that kind of show, but I thought it was alright. I didn't find it offensive anyway, haha.
And I was just super impressed that someone with an anxiety disorder could go on a talkshow even though he was nervous, it's awesome.

(pssssst, maybe he should come on the podcast) Super brave! And it's always great when mental illness info can reach a broad audience.
Just wanted to share
