I am overwhelmed. I'm just writing. I'm listening to a podcast, my favorite one. I feel overwhelmed, my insides feel chaotic. I was feeling good for a while, I felt like I was getting better. Now it sucks. Now I can't control. I don't feel like I'm going back, I just feel out of control. I don't know my boundaries anymore, I can't remember the ones that I had. I don't feel in control of my own life. I spiral so fast.

Hi,

I'm sorry you're in this desperate place right now. I don't know what to say, other than I've been in that place and it's a scary and primal place to be in. Take care and hang in there.
