This episode reminded me of how it felt early in recovery to sit in a meeting and hear someone else describe exactly what I was feeling, even though their circumstances were totally different. Zach's description of perfectionism was so exactly like mine that I saved the download to listen to a few more times, as a way to feel like I'm not alone with those feelings.
