Pretending I'm sick?
After work today I am going to go home and get in bed, eat soup and pretend I'm sick. That way I won't feel as bad for laying in bed doing nothing because I feel depressed and mentally exhausted. I just want to pretend like I'm a normal person who is sick in bed and watch Netflix all night in my pj's. That way I won't feel as pathetic...

Y'know, just by saying "after work," you've shown you have at least one thing in your "Did It Right" column for the day. So there's that.
If you get low sodium soup for after work, you can even make it two things in that column.

'The field “Issues” is too long, a maximum of 80 characters is allowed.' Wow. Totally outed by a message board.
