Hi littleraincloud,
I've been reading your posts the last couple days and wanted to comment. Sometimes when reading posts on the forum I compose a comment in my head but then am afraid it won't be helpful or will seem insensitive and make someone feel worse.

You don't sound like a "miserable bitch" but like someone who is in a lot of pain and just struggling to survive with mental health issues like most of us here.

I hope you keep posting and sharing your feelings, and I hope you can find a therapist who is more helpful than the ones you had bad experiences with before.

I feel helpless and frustrated when you express helplessness, frustration and isolation. I think, "Aaaaaargh!"

hi littleraincloud

I'm like rivergirl. I see someone in a lot of pain, but I know that I have no words to offer that will make you feel better. I know what it is to feel that low, but I also know that when I'm that low nobody can say anything to make me feel different. Please take care of yourself.

You guys are right, it's not fair to make other people responsible for validating my emotions. I appreciate your comments. I had a little bit of a breakdown yesterday, but am feeling comparatively better today.

Please don't hold back now, just because you are not always getting the feedback you need. This is a place to vent, fall down, express difficult feelings and generally find the adequate language. People are reading you.
