I usually look at my work cell phone as a source of anxiety, which it often is....
Need to consciously resist picking it up on the weekends or late at night.
But tonight I scrolled thru my text lists and sent a few short messages to customers, friends and family members, asking how they were and just checking in.
Got a few answers that made me chuckle, and a few that were enlightening... Also "thanks for checking in"
Felt good, and didn't cost me anything..
Sometimes seems like just a minor connection is enough for the moment..
