Trying to love myself, especially the little child inside of me.

My habitual pattern of thought is to hate myself.

Validate the desire

Don't deprive completely

Experiment/Risk healthy balance choice

Indulging right now may be yucky, not sustainable, not healthy, not balanced

"No means No" gives it too much energy / power

Explain why not as would speak to little kid, lovingly, firmly

Frame a healthy, loving, compassionate [choice], something different

It's a reward

if cannot deal with script, then talking time, then heart-to-heart talk time

Adult has responsibility to take care of child, healthy, sustainable, balanced
