I did a guided meditation where I had to put one of my enemies in a human size egg of light that turned them into a version of themselves where they’re just a fragile human filled with cosmic potential. I then had to split the egg with my finger and release them. It was more effective than I was skeptically expecting. It was my toxic boss I used. He’s still toxic but I’m no longer drawn in by his antics.
I wish I could find the Podcast it’s on.

Re: Covid update
Interesting, Beany. It seems these meditations are more designed to change the person meditating rather than the subject of the meditation. Or at least that's how it is used in the more secular meditation practices that I've been trying recently.
