Is there an episode on somatic therapy?
Wondering if anyone knows of an episode that goes into somatic therapy or even someone talking in depth about the physical affects of trauma/PTSD type disorders? I find hearing people (whether professional or lived experience) talking about the physical manifestations of trauma in the body to be extremely validating and helpful

I've listened to every single episode. One that comes to mind dealing with the effects of trauma Mike Schmidt. It's been a while since I listened to this one, I think I will do it again soon. Basically, he is a big tough guy, but something that happened to him in his childhood causes him to freeze up in certain situations.
