Hey friends,
Sorry to leave you in the dark. I haven't had much energy to go online or do about anything since Friday. The good news is surgery went very well. I am in the recovery stage now, which is more tiresome than painful. I will share more about my journey to a healthy life soon. I did think about you all for a moment when they were rolling down to the operating room!

Like our dear friend Manuel Moe, I am very happy you made it through the surgery and are on the other side of the pain.
Take as long as you need to reply. I'm glad that you knew you weren't alone while you were getting wheeled in.
Hang in there. And someday, when you're ready, please tell us the foods you'll enjoy (in moderation) when your liquid diet is behind you.
