I’m back doing the one job. I still feel pretty stretched out of shape. I also noticed myself hyperventilating from mid-morning.

I might go see my doctor if only to create a pinpoint if this rolls out to become something later.

My concern is always with this period after a stressful ordeal. I am probably a little gun shy too. It felt like I was doing quite a difficult job and the next I am doing three. Surprises feel dangerous.

I am feeling angry for myself. I know I can leverage that into something I truly want. I just have to stay present. As long as I get the sleep working (it is more or less) whatever else will topple into place.

Right now it’s one day at a time. I make sure to accept that I’m suffering. I edge towards that something I want a little bit every day.

It feels safe to say three things to others:
  • Stop
  • I have had enough
  • No

Thank you MF

I am still hyperventilating mid-mornings but less so. I have a school assignment to hand in Monday; a graduate diploma course. That’s the last extracurricular activity for the time being. I am aware that the panic is situational. Once that assignment goes in I should start to recover. I have 2 weeks off work one week after that so I can rest my mind and body.
