Rare moment of happiness, a new lease on life.

Hi friends.

Lately, with the return of moderate sleep apnea, I am effecting the advice of my dietician and fitness advisors:

1. While I'll come back to barre, I am trying throwing a medicine ball outdoors.

2. I am really enjoying the Mediterranean Diet.

3. I am just getting into Strava, in addition to continued Pokemon Go. Both have modest "challenges".

A moment of happiness

I've had very few reasons to smile in 2023, but today I had a moment of joy:

I was at the local park this morning, tossing my medicine ball. It was cool, with the sun coming up. I looked at the trees and had a moment of happiness.
