I feel like I am out of options
I feel stuck at home living with my narcissistic mother, narcissistic brother and my mums partner. I am 39 and am out of work and am basically the family slave and my mums emotional punching bag. She gets stuck into me every day and I can't take it anymore. I feel like my only way out is death. I am really struggling right now.

I don't have many friends. The ones I do have just tell me I am being a victim by complaining about my mum and I shouldn't let her treat me like that and that other people have it worse. It feels so isolating to heat that.
