Hmm, that is interesting to think about.

The way it feels on the inside of me is that I am a very unreliable machine, i get stuck all the time in bouts of unproductivity, i find myself inside the gap between stimulus and response infrequently, just a few times during the day, and those times are the only times that i can make a real choice.

If i had a dollar for everytime i have forgotten to use RAIN...

Today is going pretty good, though. I am reading "The Body Keeps the Score" https://www.amazon.com/Body-Keeps-Score ... 0143127748 to learn more about PTSD, because i think a loved one is "activated" by all the uncertainty of life into a PTSD episode.
