Nagging Fears

I'm afraid that my teenager won't get accepted into any college and will end up living at home with us for the rest of her life, continuing to leave her clothes all over the place, while I fret that she's spending her precious youth texting and watching Netflix sitcoms.

I'm afraid that my terminally ill mother will actually live longer than her doctor predicted, run out of money, have to sell her house, run out of THAT money, and will eventually have to move in with us at a time when my husband and I are finally going to on the verge of enjoying more privacy when our daughter goes away to college.

I'm afraid that people are going to think I'm a cold, heartless bitch for being afraid of my terminally ill mom living longer than predicted.

I'm afraid of driving on steep, narrow mountain passes during a blizzard, at least an hour away from town, and needing to pee really really BAD.
