I love breathing... just actually taking a deep breath feeling it fill my lungs thinking about the oxygens journey. Anthropomorphizing my vessels and making them all a community greeting the oxygen as it travels through the vessels the capilaries and to each cell. Kind if amazed one breath does that.
Water- i love that it cleanses and purifies. I went to a state park and stood under a waterfall. I could feel its healing energy just wash over me.
Wind - i love a warm gentle breaze. Its like the universe tapping you on the shoulder reminding you that you are still alive.
Singing - i love singing i have a decent voice and a degree in music performance, im a classically trained soprano. I only sing when im happy so this is a definite love
My kids' hugs - they are pure unselfish demonstrations of love and they make me happy

Such a good thought about breathing, and also about water. I really relate to that experience of water as healing. I grew up and still live in a coastal town and going to the beach to put my feet in the water seems to cure so much.
