Hello
When logged in, Click on your name (upper right of screen), then choose User Control Panel from the dropdown.
Click the Profile tab, and then Edit Avatar.
There's a thread somewhere listing the specs for the graphics file you can upload...
Found it - Under "Introducing yourself"
