My name is Hannah and I'm so happy that I came across this podcast and this forum, it's been a comfort during many sleepless nights when my anxiety gets out of control. I feel like this is a really great platform that you've set up and the community on here seems great. Paul, I think you've created a great atmosphere and positive place where people can be honest and really get help or comfort just by listening for an hour or so. So, thank you
