Hi everyone,
I just started listening to the podcast this past week, and I am enjoying it so much. It makes me laugh and cry and hope. I have depression and anxiety and often find it hard to talk about it with people who don't know what it's like, and I feel like I'm constantly trying to hide this side of myself. As a result, I feel few people really know me, and I am very slow to make friends because I'm scared to let people in.
Well I just wanted to say hi to y'all, and hopefully you will see me hanging around here more. I just finished listening to episode 78 with Dan Telfer, and after hearing Paul say "sometimes your soul needs to come," I really want to embroider some inspirational pillows with that phrase.

Welcome to the forum. I had to weigh in and say I love the idea of embroidered pillows that say "Crying is just your soul blowing a load." I'm going to see if I can find some type of embroidery place online that can make either pillows or a framed piece of embroidery.
