Well, I guess my greeting gives away where I am. Been living on this rock for 4 years. There's not much in the way of support for people like me....I've got Bipolar type two and PTSD. I don't drink. II fucking hate AA. I have been violated on such a level by those 12 step assholes that if I did start drinking again that I would rather die than sit in a room full of those folks. Anyway, I don't have any friends, at least ones that I can trust with my bipolar issues. Been feeling depressed for about the past 3 years. I can't afford therapy and my Kaiser shrink is nice enough...but 15 minutes every three months doesn't really cut it. Anyway that's all for now. I know the holidays are really hard on folks like us. Stay safe and sane. Keep laughing and smiling.
