I'm 32, female, first recognized my chronic depression at about age 9-10. Not currently in treatment but getting back around to it- taking wellbutrin for years.
Discovered the Happy Hour just about a year ago, and it's been nothing short of life-altering- knowing that I'm not alone, and that everybody's got their shit, and being able to share all this with a dear friend who deals with much of the same, and giving us a new language and freedom to speak openly & honestly to each other. All = awesome. I try to spread the MIHH gospel far and wide.

I'm happy to see that post take a positive turn!
How are you doing lately? Are you seeing a psych or a therapist or anyone?

Oh that's great! i find myself bringing up the podcast with friends and family and forgetting they don't listen to it as well. They should though! It's pretty nice feeling knowing that you're not alone, isn't it.
