Hi!

Post by CheySkye »

I don't really know what to say here....

I am a SAHM with 2 little ones and a long history of chronic depression and GAD. My marriage has hit a really impossible spot and I am just looking for a place to blow off a little steam, I think.

Holidays are a really shitty time for me and I feel so alone all the time, even though I am surrounded by people.

This podcast has opened my eyes to a world where I am not a freak, and that there may be people in this world that I can admit "I am not ok" to.

Hello! Honestly, if you need to let off steam, this is a great place to do it. I know holidays are a tough time for a lot of people so I hope it's not too painful and you can stay positive. Hugs!

CheySkye - Nice to meet you. This is a wonderful place to let out those feelings.

You are most certainly not alone in having a shitty time of it over the holidays. I also find being actually alone isn't as lonely as I can feel when surrounded by people. I can't quite put my finger on it as to how that works, but I enjoy solitude.
