Re: Gollum's Theme from LOTR II Return of the King

Yesss, I love this song. :) And I totally know what you mean, I also have trouble crying over things in real life, but music tends to bring it out. And it is 100% cathartic :D Sometimes it is just nice and comfy to listen to dark things too.

Re: Slippery Slope

Thanks oak! :) It's weird, I think sometimes that I have all these things I want to talk about, and I don't know where I can talk about them and I forget that I can come here. It always makes me feel better, but I forget it, hehe. I'm also trying to talk to people, but it's a lot harder in real life...

Slippery Slope

I've slowly gotten in to not eating again. It was pretty gradual. Nothing really happened, I just stopped. I started just being a bit dizzy, so I wouldn't eat. That was a bit over a week ago maybe, and then I started just not really eating all day, and then I'd feel sick, so I wouldn't want to eat. ...

Re: that dirty little secret

I know I'm replying months after you posted this, but I still wanted to say thank you for writing your story. It's hard to make a decision like that, and you're so brave to do what was right for you and to have grown stronger from it. I hope nothing but good things come your way :)

Re: Mourning over an avoidant life

Just here to say I know this feeling. It makes me feel so sad how much I have missed by avoiding anxiety. It is a kind of mourning for the time lost. However, I find that when I remember this, it helps me to push forward and want to inch closer to the life I want where I have less regrets.

Re: KitKat's Nonsense

I know I haven't been here in a while. I started listening to the podcast again. I don't really know why I stopped. Well, I guess because it was too much for me. It's hard to say. I don't know if anyone reads the things I write, but I wanted to write some things and, so. I'm typing this on my phone,...

Fainting?

I was wondering if anyone has semi-fainted from anxiety? I've had the light-headed feeling before, but today I fell and blacked out for a minute. I don't think it was a long time, and I just sort of fell straight downwards, like, my legs stopped working. It was strange. I was in an anxious situation...
