Insight-

There is a bitter moment (for example - i'm angry at someone because I think there was something wrong done to me), and graudually the sting dissipates. Peaks and lows...

I feel bad when I talk to my boss and she seems a thousands miles away, not daydreaming, but it looks like she is seeing through me. I feel a bit bad now because of a conversation with someone on the phone, and because I finished something important I had to do, and now i'm undecided about the next ...

i'm nervous and angry because I'm trying to concentrate and everyone around me is talking...... and chatting and gossiping.
