I hate when it's done to me and I feel really pressured and anxious. But I try to remember that sometimes I do it myself without realizing it and that maybe the guy behind me is the same way.

I like hearing people open up about things that have caused them pain. Sometimes it is hard for me to listen to and I need to pause the podcast to take a break, but I think there's immense value in hearing these experiences and how they cope with them.

I think it was really decent that Paul took into consideration their potential issues and mental health problems, but at the same time, other people aren't objects we can exploit for therapeutic benefits.
