I'd say try to just focus on being effective and living in a good way. The diagnosis isn't that important and can make you go crazy, I know that it use to for me and every doctor has a different opinion.

I am glad that you have come so far but it is true, you have to keep moving forward. You might always have depressive bouts every once in a while throughout your life but you seem to be able to handle them pretty well.

That is true that you have to do it but it can be done. Just one step at a time. It takes a lot of work but you can do it : D. You will fall a bunch but just keep moving forward .

Keep up the good work. You have been through a lot. You will probably "fail" a bunch in the future but all that matters is that you keep getting up and trying to learn from your mistakes. Things do get better even if it is slowly. : D

You're welcome. I hope it works out. Yeah therapy can be really draining and it can be a long process, but stick with it. Over time it usually helps most people. I know it has for me. Good luck.
