This episode is terrific. I listened this afternoon and then asked my partner to listen with me tonight. Jimmy's story is very strong and his description of his therapy history is excellent. But their processing of the fallout of Robin Williams suicide was - just wow. And thank you.

That's the loveliest thing to say ... I didn't stop for a minute to consider being gentle on myself, I've been so busy beating myself up for not "handling" this separation well. You really turned my thought process around. Right here in this moment, I feel better. Thanks!

It was an interesting show. Probably my third or fourth podcast from this show, so I'm still getting the vibe. I thought Nash seemed unprepared for the level of scrutiny the show seems to pursue, but I give him credit for trying to dig deep. I don't mean unprepared like he didn't care, but just that...
