i'm glad that you decided to quit, admitting there was a problem is the first step to recovery. I wonder how you doing this time?

i feel you. Most of my friends are addicted to substance, especially to alcohol, but AA for them is a laughing stock.

count me in! food is my healing-option when i'm depressed, luckily even i binge so much food, my metabolism is so fast that i'm rarely getting fat. So, even i eat a lot, somewhat, the pleasure is there.

howdy, I'm Shawn from Seattle. Been a long time lurker here, until i decided to joined a while ago. The thing is, i been diagnose with bipolar 2, and some series of depression. just want to be in a support group like this site. hope i'm welcome here
