I've dealt with depression my whole life too. I know that feeling of wasting your life and wondering what could have been if only you had come from a supportive family. I have no answers. We can only try to muddle through the best we can.

High Cholesterol and triglycerides are pretty much the norm in America. I wouldn't stress about it. I've been taking the fish oil for years. As long as your stomach can handle it, you won't notice anything other than hopefully some better test results.

We had an oriole hanging around for a couple of days, but he has disappeared now. I've been enjoying the woodpeckers and the cardinals lately. I bought a bird bath this year and was pleased to see a couple of birds using it.
