Headbanging?
Does anyone do this when they're anxious or in a panic attack? For some reason, I didn't recognize it as headbanging behavior, but I've been compulsively punching myself in the head, and doing so far more in the past few weeks.

Thank you both. Yes, the condemnation when we reach our limits with our illnesses..... ugh. It's like the truck of mental illness runs us over, then backs up over us again. :cry: And yes, a lot of people say she looks familiar. I can't imagine. I know from bad support groups, but not chemical addiction. All I can suggest is that you do everything you can to keep your sobriety. Groups change over time. But your sobriety is something you can't let change. Best wishes and hopes!
