Listening to an Eckhart Tolle talk the other day, and he's very much into meditation and being present.

This idea stuck with me -
"The present moment is not something to get past"

Quite often my mind is so busy spinning up the shoulda-coulda-woulda and got-to's
It's freaking exhausting.

I wonder if these two fuckers have ever felt real pain.

Or love for that matter...

They are ruining many lives right now.

I get so fucking angry at this.

Been listening to Albert Ellis "How to control Your Anger".
It helps, but it's hard.

Rage versus despair.... need to find something constructive in between....

And they'll piss on us and tell us it's raining.
