Re: Episode 123
As a comedy nerd this was great. As a fan of Baron Vaughn and a long time listener of his podcast, I felt this was a really touching and meaningful episode. I would LOVE to hear Baron back on the show in the future, and perhaps Paul do an episode of Real S##! as well! I've related to both Baron and ...

Re: Paul's request for feedback re: surveys
LOOOOOVE the surveys and emails! Half the show should be those and if the show length is 2+ hours, even better!!
Also, mayhaps introduce listener voice mails? I know google voice lets you download mp3s and that was an awesome segment on a podcast I used to do.

Re: Zoloft, Celexa, Wellbutrin XL
Sometimes it takes up to a month for it to start working. Prozac took about that for me and worked for a year or so. I'm on Pristiq now which is a bit more intense so it works sooner though if Zoloft works for you, by all means stick with it. I'd suggest giving it another 2 weeks.

Re: Episode 112 - Social Worker Ray
This was an episode I'm so glad happened. Months ago I had DCF called on me by my ex's bf because he's trying to get vengeance, plain and simple. The poor social worker had showed up at 6am and was pretty upset that they were wasting his time, while for us I was of course filled with anxiety just as...

Re: Episode 111: Karen Kilgariff Live in Portland
Cheldoll - Totally understand! Hormones are a pain, literally and figuratively lol!! I also get that thing about not feeling like you got enough attention. I'm REALLY bad about that myself, especially in my relationship. My gf will be in a mood (mostly during 'that time') and my mind immediately thi...

Re: Episode 111: Karen Kilgariff Live in Portland
Cheldoll - The same thing happens to me at times when I perceive that I'm being under appreciated, though it's good that you know Paul gave you a shout out. This episode I found quite awesome, the only thing to make it better is if I could have attended as well. Unfortunately I'm broke at the moment...

Re: Why not just stay home?
Jazz and Blues... I had to do a double take as to whether or not it was ME who wrote that original post! Totally, wholly empathize. I'm someone who tends to over think a lot and so even though I have plenty of friends, am social despite my anxiety/depression, and even do live performing, I find myse...

Re: Generalised Anxiety Disorder
Greetings everyone!! :D For myself it is pretty recent, ie a year or two ago, that I was diagnosed with general anxiety. (and severe depression) For awhile I had begun noticing it more and more until it got so bad that I started alienating even my closest friends even though I liked them. I was pres...

Re: Reporting to you LIVE - first night on Ambien...
Ambien for me is a wonderful thing, if even just for a short period of time. My sister has been on it for a long time and I've taken it in the past, though now my sleep patterns are pretty regular so I don't need it. Hope it goes well!
