New to the Forum
Hi everyone. My name is Amy and I am 25 years old. I am a married mom with two boys. By the time I was 22 years old I had a baby, a divorce, and a mental breakdown. Whew. I had to rebuild myself from the ground up through therapy and meds. I still suffer from depression and social anxiety, but now I know how to manage it. My husband pointed me in the direction of this podcast and it has been so amazing for me. Anything that helps "normalize" mental illness makes me so incredibly happy.

Hi Amy! I'm the same age as you and I must say that I am in awe of all that you handle in your life and your positive attitude. It's great to be reminded that there is always hope.
