Dealing with some family stuff

Post by zer »

Hey all,

I'm new here, though I've listened to the podcast for over a year. I decided to finally register for the forums and take a look around because I've been dealing with some pretty heavy family issues recently and so I thought I would check this out. I have been going to therapy but unfortunately I feel that it hasn't really been helping lately. I think I might need to get a new therapist who is more attuned to the things I need to talk about right now. I've always been intrigued by Paul's talk about group therapy/support groups, but I've never sought one out yet, in part because I am not sure how to find an appropriate one.

Anyway, I look forward to meeting y'all on the boards!
