hi - have been listening to the podcast for a while and really enjoy it. Thought I'd join in the discussion here. I'm a middle-aged guy with depression, anxiety, ocd (since childhood) and a side of Tourette's (self-diagnosed) which manifests in facial tics when I'm stressed. Main interests in life are music, computers, and the outdoors.
