Introduction

Post by Chris63 »

Hi everyone,

I've got the usual lineup of issues: depression, PTSD, anxiety, self-hatred, etc. I've been sober from alcohol for many years but feel like I have not grown emotionally or in my mental health all that much in all those years. When I first heard this podcast I said to my partner, "I've found my tribe." I am currently feeling like I can't cope. I am feeling overwhelmed and have no trust in myself. And I feel so alone. I guess that's why I signed up to the forum.

Hi Chris! I haven't posted in a long time, but I relate to Paul, guests and listeners being "my tribe."
