Hello!
Brand new to this forum. Absolutely love the podcast! It is my mobile support group. I have had bipolar 2 since I was, probably, 13 years old. It took me another 10 years to get properly diagnosed. Then, another 10 to find and accept the proper meds and treatment. Flash forward. I am now 45 years old and recently discovered how helpful therapy, medication, and self-care can be to aiding the medication I am taking. I'm just glad that I stuck with it. Because the medical profession has been zero help in getting me to this point. I am here to say that there is hope. This is a wonderful place to start your journey. When I was 13, I had nothing! No clue what was wrong with me. Now, there are a ton of resources out there. Thanks for accepting me!
