Well said. So good.
I also greatly identify with what Paul discussed in the intro: there is something comforting and womb like with the quarantine. I’m glad he articulated that.

Yes and the delivery of the final ‘yoga pants’ comment in the intro was delicious.

I agree with all of the sentiments here. As I was listening to that episode the thought occurred to me that basically right now during the quarantine period, everyone is being kept equal. We're all stuck in the same place. So, in some ways this can be like a reset button and when things finally start to lighten up a bit we can all tiptoe our way back into society and it's an opportunity for people like me to try new ways of interacting with people because we'll all be awkward at the same time -- not just me.

Listened to the episode today. I identified with the talk about people who live in survival mode.
I don't ever describe myself as having PTSD, because I don't feel like I've gone through anything traumatic enough to cause PTSD, but I relate to it when they do episodes about it.

PTSD can be ‘structural’ rather than an event.
Just for example, you might grow up in a household where you were forever malnourished. Then the first time someone makes a nourishing meal just for you, you have a trauma response.
Nothing ‘happened’ because you weren’t aware you were under duress.
