Episode 471 Al Lubel
I've been listening to the Al Lubel episode. It's unfortunately one I can relate to. Overprotective mother, fear of adulthood, fear of intimacy, perfectionism. A 63 year old man saying he was about 25 emotionally. I'm not saying I'm like him, but I recognize enough things in here to be uncomfortable.
