Wow... what a powerful episode.

I don’t really know what else to add except to thank Paul and his guests. I’m sort of blown away.

By the interview, and also at how Paul talked about his struggle at the beginning and end of the episode.

Agreed. I read The Noonday Demon when it first came out a million years ago and it was so great to hear Andrew Solomon describe so clearly and succinctly how depression takes hold... and to point to environmental / social causes as essential contributors. Also great to hear Juan Acosta talk about how dealing with his intersecting identities has been Interesting from a mental health perspective. Queer folks are among some of the bravest people I've ever met.

And Paul's consistent candor, and consistent efforts to MAINTAIN that candor, are so refreshing and admirable.
